Fertiliser Packages
(2 for $80, or 5 for $160 minimum*)
  1. 2 applications of lime (Spring and/or Fall) and/or
  2. 3 applications of fertiliser (Mid Spring, Early Summer, and Late Summer); plus
  3. 1 free application with Lime and Fertiliser Package.​
Spray Packages 
​(2 for $120, 6+ for $360, 9+ for $480 minimum*)
  1. 2-3 applications of selective weed control (late Spring to Late Summer), includes iron and water soluble fertilizer for quick dark green lawns; and/or
  2. 2-3 applications of non-selective weed control (Summer); and/or
  3. 2-3 applications pest control (early Summer to early Fall), mild winter will likely increase grub activity this year; 
  4. Free dethatching with 6 applications plus free application with 8 applications.
Grass Seed/Sod Packages include:

  1. Install (10-15 a year);
  2. Repair (15-20 a year); 
  3. Overseeding (Spring or Late Summer);
  4. Watering.

Tree Removal, Trimming, Bed Mulch and some Mowing.
As owner/operator of CTM Lawn Care with a limited clientele (<75), I am able to provide our main services and maintain existing pricing (*$10 / 1 000 ft2 per application), while following current emergency measures.
